Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your StrongNet Fiber account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains the steps, exactly what is deleted, and what we are legally required to keep.

How to request deletion
- In the app: open the StrongNet app or portal, go to My account, and contact support with the subject “Delete my account”.
- By email: use the form below, or email info@getstrongnet.shop from the address registered on your account.
- By phone: call +254 793 070 002 (Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
- We verify your identity against the account (email or registered phone number).
- Any outstanding balance must be settled and active service is terminated before deletion.
- We confirm by email once deletion is complete — normally within 30 days of verification.
What data is deleted
- Account profile: full name, email address, phone number, physical/installation address
- Login credentials and authentication sessions
- Support tickets, complaints, chat and feedback history
- Saved payment preferences, autopay enrolment and stored M-Pesa phone number
- Referral codes, reward balances and wallet balances (unspent balances are forfeited)
- Device, usage and speed-test records linked to your account
- Marketing and push-notification subscriptions
What is retained, and for how long

Retained records are locked down to finance and compliance staff only, are never used for marketing, and are permanently erased once the retention period ends. Account deletion is irreversible — you would need to register again as a new customer.
